Equinae
Equinae are small, semi-aquatic horselike creatures. They're intelligent, hardworking and loyal, making them ideal faefolk mounts! They're great at traversing both land and water. They have incredible stamina and eat a vegetarian diet. Equinae are completely covered in smooth, waterproof fur. They're about the size of a rabbit. Because of their intelligence, faefolk train them with verbal commands and do not use bridles. They use simple saddles.
Equinaes can be any naturally-occurring horse or otter colour. Equinae can easily live in any season.

Ruffle Crane
Ruffle cranes are medium-small avians with excellent stamina and a sturdy body. They're popular flying faefolk mounts! Ruffle cranes eat primarily fish. Their ruffly feathers are soft and they don't have feeling in those feathers so faefolk can easily hold onto them when riding them. They're intelligent and respond well to clicker-training and verbal commands. Because of their smooth, easy flight, many faefolk do not use any tack on them. They can easily live in any season.
Ruffle cranes can be any neutral colour + one additional colour for their ruffles and the moon or star marking on their forehead.

Rime Beast
Rime beasts are medium-small, arctic creatures with giant claws and thick, insulated fur. The mask on them is what they use to "see" (sense) the world. Their masks can be made of any faefolk mask material. They don't make sounds and can communicate telepathically with faefolk they bond with. Rime beasts can be any white/grey colour and can only live in Winterhaven, Springnook or Autumsnwild. They do not do well in warm climates. They can easily run across entire tundras and dig through thick ice.
