Lunerest is a website made to organize the community activities of the closed species group Lunerest created by KeyDemon.

Community Rules and Guidelines
When you obtain a Lunerest species, you are agreeing to all of these rules. If you do not follow these rules you are subject to being blacklisted, your Lunerest CS will be voided of their Lunerest status and you will not be able to participate in the group anymore.
General Rules:
-You don't have to own a Lunerest species to join!
-Be nice! Harassment/putting down other members is absolutely not tolerated.
-These are closed species which means you cannot make your own unless you own a MYO slot.
-Always respect each other!
-You may take commissions or trade for group currency and items.
-You may not sell any in-game currency or items for any real world currency (USD/Euro/etc).
Submissions:
-Hateful/Inappropriate/Offensive art will not be tolerated or accepted.
-Mature content must be put under the mature filter.
-Only journals relating to Lunerest will be accepted.
-You may make YCHs and F2U bases for the group, but please do not make P2U bases for the group.
-Please ask the original artist for their permission to upload their art to the Lunerest Gallery if you did not draw the piece yourself.
-AI-Generated art is not permitted to be used to earn arpg currency/enter prompts/enter events/etc.
Buying/Selling/Trading:
-Payment must be received within 48 hours unless discussed prior to the sale.
-Please note the seller about payment plans before autobuying or purchasing.
-Sales are final, refunds will not be provided.
-Sellers have the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
-You may ONLY resell designs for the price you bought them at, additional art value cannot be added to the amount you sell them for. However, you can accept additional art/designs on top of their resell price.
-Any design can be traded for a voucher of similar value to the design.
-Always credit the artist for the design.
-If you have a xyn based on another design the xyn form must be traded with the original design if they were to be traded.
Designs:
-You may give your design alternate/non-canon forms or turn them into other species (as long as you have a MYO slot/permission!)
-You may make minor changes to the design such as swapping a trait or doing minor colour alterations, but they must be recognizable as the original design.
-If you want to do a complete design overhaul there is an item in the Nightsky Plaza for that, however, the original design will be donated back to the group to be raffled or used as a prize.
-You may use the design for personal/nonprofit businesses, use it as a fursona, use it on other sites or gift/trade the design.
MYO:
-MYO slots may be resold for the original price you purchased them for, whether it's group currency or USD, however if it was an event prize or you traded for the slot, you may not resell it. Proof of ownership & how you obtained the slot must be provided if you are reselling.
-MYOs and MYO slots are tradable.
Blacklisting:
-Minor offenses will result in a warning and you will be reminded of the rules and TOS.
-Depending on severity, you will be given a strike/temporary ban/full ban.
-Death threats, harassment and chargebacks will all result in an immediate ban.
-Scamming/cheating will result in a temporary ban upon the first offense, subsequent offenses will result in being permanently banned.
-If you are blacklisted all of your Lunerest characters will be voided from the masterlists and you will be banned from the group and website.
-Claiming ignorance is not a defense, you will be held to all rules when you own a Lunerest species.
-MODS CAN ISSUE BANS! Respect them.

Administrators and Moderators have permissions to monitor user behavior and to accept, reject, or report artworks and posts submitted to the site.
Account Guidelines
You must be 16 years of age or older to register for the site. You must select a unique username for your account and keep your password secure and confidential. If any username is deemed at our sole discretion to be defamatory, hateful, offensive, vulgar, or otherwise unlawful or objectionable we may modify or void these names. You are solely responsible and liable for all activity conducted through your account. If you have reason to suspect a security breach of any kind you must report it immediately by contacting us.
Privacy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and Lunerest will not distribute or sell any information you provide to the site to any third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy.
Your Content
In these Website Standard Terms of Service, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant Lunerest permission to display it on this Website.
This means by submitting art for prompts, masterlist entries, etc, you are giving us permission to display that art across multiple pages. You are also giving us permission to highlight Your Content for the purposes of displaying high quality examples on various pages. We'll always be sure to credit the original artist if we do this!
Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Lunerest reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
Restrictions
You are expressly prohibited from doing any of the following:
- operating multiple accounts;
- publishing any Website material in any media;
- The exception to this is if you own said media (such as the art of an adoptable design, artwork you created yourself, or writing you created yourself).
Termination of Abusive Accounts
You agree that Lunerest may restrict your access to any areas of this Website, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, if you fail to comply with the Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than Your Content, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, Lunerest and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.
