This Vexyn was once a captain of the Royal Knights, but after a harsh battle with a corruption beast, he was corrupted and lost... for a long, long time. He was eventually found by an elite team that was led personally by Hush and saved. He lost a wing and shows clear signs of having been corrupted. He's occasionally prone to bouts of violence causing Xyns to avoid him despite his past heroic deeds.
