Profile FF-034: 💥Sprig

• 💬Slow Thinker: Sprig's always the last person to answer. They absorb the information 'word by word' by thinking about the time, place, and people. But, that's a lot of thoughts to sort out. Even if the faefolk wants to, it's not their style to say whatever's on their mind. (Sometimes, they wish that they have a script for everything.)

Autobiography: For a while, Sprig finds it hard to say a word without thinking of others' boundary. Whereas, the books are, well, 'an open book' in the library. The faefolk finds it comforting, that they aren't the only one feeling 'this' and 'that'.

• 🧵Weaving

Sprig weaves bags and baskets as 'shortcuts' for work, so they can use the containers for hands-on tasks.

🏫Back in school, the faefolk would bring their homemade bags/baskets everyday. (There was a time when someone else accidentally took their basket, not knowing that it wasn't school property. Sprig shouldn't, but secretly, they saw it as a compliment.)

Sprig has no clue; they're occupied with their routine anyway. ...Although...
When they visited Summerchase one day, Sprig learnt that their mask's gemstone is an agate, which is found in volcanic rocks.

• Sprig was studious, but also slow at picking up the information. Wanting to compensate, their 'free time' was going to tutoring sessions, or studying by themself.

• Sprig's social circle was small. At school, the faefolk was an acquaintance to others. At home, Sprig made friends with spirits and wisps.

• 👻Spirits, the Companion-sitters: Sprig jokes that Sprinkle is the ghosts' companion. Even if Sprig's away, few or more spirits' help to look after the rootender.

Sprig found Dash to be a mentor who they put a lot of trust in. Dash didn’t make Sprig feel like a fool.

Some spirits and wisps come in and out of Sprig's home, so the faefolk decided to make their place inviting. After years of hanging out, Sprig can recognise an individual, even if the spirit looks the same as another.

• Sprig's Home: Sprig’s home is decorated with trinkets, brought by the spirits more often than the faefolk. Either as gifts, or storage for ‘reasons’, the faefolk can never ever knows what (or how) to guess.

Tristen's one of the first faefolks, who Sprig met outside of Autumnswild. Secretly, the former was always someone who Sprig, a freshman, would go to in 'any' unfamiliar places. (But maybe, that wasn't subtle...?) The faefolk felt guilty for taking up Tristan's time, but their ongoing friendship shakes away the doubt.

Sprig's confused...?

As old as time, Autumn and Spring are opposite to each other. But, um, Sprig and Cheri already hung out a lot.

Sprig's unfamiliar with Spring itself, which requires a private study. It's just... strange to feel this uncertainty, but not knowing if Cheri feels the same way or not.

This was so embarrassing...

Sprig was scared of Styr'Fa at first sight. But after learning about the leader's role, the faefolk's gratitude took away the fear.

Now, Styr'Fa's their role model.

Sprig’s role model. They were envious of Oaken ‘going with the flow’. The leader can adapt to the changes with such a peace of mind. It’s incredibly hard for Sprig to truly understand Oaken’s ‘peace’ with the world.

After trying many times to change their own personality, and failing, Sprig has reluctantly accepted that they just can’t be like Oaken.
