VEX-147: "Sleepy Star" (Stars Sleep)

Sleepy is a happy young Vex.

He hasn't decided what he wants to study yet, but he
knows for a fact that he's looking forward to figuring it
out and helping! He just wants to be helpful!

He's a little clumsy, and a little awkward, but he is certainly
the happiest boy around!!
