APPEARANCE

Jude is seldomly seen without an extra blanket or scarf draped around their form, though already drowning in his fabric wings alone. They spend a substantial amount of time sleeping, but the drowsy expression seems permanently stuck on their face nonetheless. Softened features and sluggish movements contrast with his geometric fur patterns and the twinkle of the solar runes. Whereever Jude goes, mushrooms seem to sprout from the ground, and just as quickly, they disappear again. Jude moves unhurried, having to be extra careful not to step on his unusually long ears.

Describing Jude is eerily similar to describing the first autumn day: Vibrant, perhaps a bit harsh when you're unprepared, but certainly inviting you to cuddle up in an array of blankets and have a warm cup of tea. Jude knows what's weighing on your heart before you do, and oh, does he have the time and patience to coax it out of you. When not (busy) sleeping, they spend their time in conversation with library visitors or in solitude, writing their own stories. Any similarities between the characters in his stories and the visitors who confided in him are entirely accidental, of course.
