Selune is an enigmatic xyn who makes her home in Selune woods. Her intimidating appearance has resulted in various rumours amongst the locals, with many referring to her as "the witch of Selune Woods" who practiced forbidden corruption magic. She has neither affirmed nor deny such statements; in fact her elusiveness has elevated Selune's position to being more of an urban legend than actual xyn.

Not long since she began living in Selune Woods, she sees Sesame fall from the sky like a star, and, upon learning that he lost much of his memories, decided to take him in for the time being. The two have lived together ever since, however much of their time is often spent bickering with each other.
