Inori, similar to Nezumi, is a xyn that enjoys serenity and beauty. He loathes violence and considers it crude to use one's element for fighting. While he is a very powerful earth elemental, he prefers to use his element for "softer" effects, like flowergrowth and letting petals rain from the cherrytrees. His way of dealing with "nuisances" is to summon sentient carnivorous plants that "swallow" his opponents whole (ask Cheshire about his first hand experiences), while his way of dealing with "true" dangers is summoning giant thorny vines, with a usually quite messy ending (you get the idea). He seems very wise and collected, and is much respected among his peers. These traits make him an effective teacher, and he often trains younger xyns in controlling their elements. He has also taken it upon himself to train Lily, who's very impulsive, the finer art of her element, and hopes to also teach her some dignity and inner strength along the way, so that the use of her ice powers becomes less "explosive" for her surroundings (especially poor Lir). Aside from his "sensei personality", Inori can also be quite creepy, mostly when he uses his earth powers to scare away rowdies and to put his pupils back in line. However, it is rare that he'll ever loose his composure when doing these things.
